Concrete Overlay Services

DNA Restoring Concrete delivers expert concrete overlay solutions for commercial and residential properties throughout California's Central Valley.

Purposeful Overlays That Renew Your Concrete

At DNA Restoring Concrete, we specialize in high-performance concrete overlay applications that transform tired, worn, or damaged slabs without the cost and disruption of full replacement. Founded in 2019 by Andrew Billings, who brings over 15 years of concrete expertise, our family-owned business has perfected the art and science of concrete renewal.

Our premium concrete overlay services create surfaces that are:

• Exceptionally durable with resistance to impacts, abrasion, and heavy traffic
• Cost-effective, refreshing existing slabs at a fraction of the cost of tear-out and replacement
• Crack and imperfection concealing, giving damaged concrete a clean, uniform new surface
• Fast to install, minimizing downtime for your home or business
• Visually striking with customizable colors, textures, and stamped or stained patterns

Our Concrete Overlay Process

1. Surface Preparation & Conditioning

Every successful overlay begins with meticulous preparation. Our diamond grinding equipment thoroughly cleans, profiles, and conditions your existing concrete surface while our HEPA-filtered vacuum systems ensure minimal dust disruption to your environment.

2. Crack & Repair Treatment

Before any overlay goes down, we address existing cracks, spalling, and surface damage so the new layer bonds to a stable, structurally sound base and won't telegraph old imperfections through the finished surface.

3. Overlay Application

We apply a polymer-modified overlay system in your chosen thickness and finish, whether a smooth microtopping, a stamped texture, or a decorative broadcast finish, carefully worked to achieve the exact look you've envisioned for your space.

4. Protective Sealing

A final sealer locks in color and texture while protecting your new overlay from moisture, staining, and everyday wear, extending its life and keeping it looking freshly finished for years to come.
