What to Expect
At DNA Restoring Concrete, we want to ensure that your project runs smoothly and is completed to your satisfaction. Here's what you can expect from us at every step of the process.
Obtaining a Quote
Before DNA provides you with a detailed quote, we first qualify all residential customers and some commercial customers. Here's how it works:
A DNA representative (the coordinator) will reach out via email, text, or phone to collect the basic details of your project, including:
A general description of the project
Project address and contact information
Pictures of the current conditions
Within 1 business day, we'll provide you with a preliminary estimate based on the information provided.
If the estimate fits within your budget, we'll proceed by scheduling a job walk with one of our Scouts.
We typically allow 2 business days for our representative to schedule a convenient time for the job walk.
What Happens at a Job Walk
Once your project is qualified, one of our Scouts will reach out within 2 business days to schedule a job walk at your location. During this visit:
Our Scout will confirm project dimensions, inspect existing conditions, and gather additional details for the Estimator and Technicians.
This is the perfect time for you to ask questions about the installation process, finish options, or any other concerns.
Keep in mind that the Scout is not responsible for the final estimate. After the job walk, the Scout will report their findings to the Estimator, who will then provide you with a formal quote.
Payment
To secure your place in our project queue, we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project. Here's what to expect with payment:
Deposit and Final Payment: You'll receive an invoice for both the deposit and final payment.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or debit accounts. Credit cards are not accepted.
20-Day Preliminary Notice: We may issue a 20-day preliminary notice to the property owner, which is a legal document securing DNA's right to collect payment for any unpaid work.
Scheduling
Once your deposit is received, we will give you a preliminary installation date. This date serves as an estimate, and we'll keep you informed of any scheduling changes. Here's what you can expect:
After the deposit, DNA will confirm your project in our work queue.
You will be kept up-to-date with any changes or adjustments to your scheduled installation date.
We're here to ensure that every step of the process goes smoothly and to keep you informed. If you ever have any questions or concerns along the way, don't hesitate to reach out!
